Unsolicited call regarding your shares in AGA Rangemaster Group

A number of shareholders have contacted us to inform us that they have received unsolicited telephone calls regarding investment matter and specifically their shares in the Company. Such calls have not been authorised by the Company. These incidents have been reported to our Registrar, Equiniti, and they are looking into this matter on our behalf.
