Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the "Plan")
The Company introduced a Dividend Reinvestment Plan on 30th March 2007. This gives shareholders the option of using their dividend payments to buy more AGA Rangemaster Group plc shares.

Please note that in order to participate in the Plan in respect of any given dividend, Equiniti must receive your completed application 15 working days before the dividend payment.
