FTSE4Good is a series of socially responsible indices launched by FTSE Group in 2001.  Eligible companies must meet criteria requirements in three areas which have been designed to reflect a broad consensus of what constitutes good corporate responsibility practice globally.  They are:

Working towards environmental sustainability.

Developing positive relationships with stakeholders.

Up-holding and supporting universal human rights.

AGA Rangemaster Group has participated in the FTSE4Good index and been a member since 2001 when the company was independently judged to have met the index criteria.  The Group has continued to provide inforamtion to FTSE4Good with the goal of making year on year improvement in its corporate responsibility performance and disclosure.  The Group has maintained its membership of the Index since 2001 and received its Certificate of Membership for the year commencing 2008.
